Canadian Dental Care Plan Reporting Requirements on the T4

On May 17, 2023, The National Payroll Institute made a submission to the Minister of Health to share concerns about the requirement to add new fields on the T4 and T4A for the employer to indicate if the employee/retiree, or any of their dependents, were eligible under a dental insurance plan.
