Interrupting Bias: An Anti-Bias Approach for the Workplace

This webinar is designed to provide participants with an in-depth personal understanding of how bias operates within each of us. We will explore your own biases and how it can impact your perceptions of self and others. This experience will be supported by learning about the science of bias and exploring the interpersonal impact of bias on our professional and personal relationships.

Through the interactive workshop participants will:

  • Connect with concepts emotionally and cognitively through guided visualizations
  • Engage in rich engagement and practicing applicable tools for effectively addressing bias and discrimination at work.
  • Lastly, participants will learn and practice how to acknowledge, apologize and amend their own behavior when making mistakes bases on bias or discrimination.
