Payroll Balancing and Reconciliation

The complexity of payroll processing requires that payroll professionals pay meticulous and ongoing attention to the management of payroll data from the point of compiling pay information through complete reconciliations between the payroll worksheets, the payroll company’s reports, and the general ledger.  Although this should be an ongoing payroll best practice, it’s easy to overlook. Nevertheless, reconciliation is an absolutely vital part of your job, particularly prior to year-end.

This webinar will provide an overview of balancing and reconciliation method, along with some accounting practices that are an essential skill for the payroll professional.
