Tina Beauchamp, CPM, is one of ten subject matter experts in payroll legislation, research and training with the Compliance Services and Professional Development team at the Canadian Payroll Association. When she’s not assisting CPA members with their payroll inquiries Tina is writing and updating material for the CPA’s Professional Development Seminars and reviewing employer guides for the federal and provincial governments. Tina also facilitates several of the CPA’s professional development seminars and has written articles for payroll and financial publications, including the CPA’s Dialogue magazine and Canadian Payroll Reporter. Before joining the CPA in 2010 Tina spent 20 years managing both Canadian and U.S. payrolls for organizations in the retail, manufacturing and service industries. Tina has first hand knowledge in both the challenges and triumphs payroll professionals encounter on a regular basis and she enjoys the opportunity to share and exchange experiences with other payroll professionals.
