Developing a Successful Mindset
Negative self-talk and communication is ingrained in each one of us. The defining moments you experience in this session will increase your self-esteem and improve your interpersonal relations. You will learn about:
- identifying activities, thoughts and communication that lift you up or drag you down
- positive communication words and phrases that heighten self-confidence and improve relationships
- focusing on empowering beliefs which will eliminate limiting beliefs in your day to day communication
- replacing low energy words with high energy words
- creating awareness of positive body language "speak"
This course provides you with stabilizing strategies and techniques that you can easily incorporate into every conversation and action that will place you in a positive light in all scenarios of your life. Making these small but effective changes in your communication, and your mindset, will give you more confidence and make you feel ‘lighter’ and, possibly even kinder.
