Highlights
- One of Canada's foremost subject matter experts in payroll legislation, research and training.

- Prior position as Director of the Payroll Resource Group, overseeing the CPA's Payroll InfoLine (which now fields in excess of 27,000 inquiries a year), ensures the delivery, integrity and accuracy of all of the CPA's professional development seminars (PDS) and the CPA's current certification program, and works with his team to develop and deliver a suite of corporate training offerings.
- Is the staff representative on the CPA's Federal Government Relations Advisory Council (FGRAC). As part of the FGRAC, Steven works with government partners at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), Statistics Canada, and Service Canada to ensure that the CPA voice is heard within the government.
- Also serves on the provincial level through the Provincial Government Relations Advisory Council (PGRAC) where the CPA is gaining increasing voice and strength with various provincial ministries of finance and employment and labour standards arms of the provincial government.
