2001-2002 Chairman
Involved with the CPA since 1985.
In 1987, at the urging of then CPA President Ruby Bjarnason, Norma became the first CPA Branch chair for Halifax and served in that position for over 10 years.
Joined the CPA Board of Directors in 1993. Completed her Payroll Manager (PM) certification in 1996.
Served as Board Liaison to the Programs, Provincial Government Relations, Education, Functional Standing Committee, and Regional Affairs Standing Committees.
Norma has had a successful payroll career for over 35 years at Halifax Regional Water Commission.
