Meera receives here 10 Year Staff Award at the 2008 National Conference in Montreal |
Highlights In 2008, the CPA had the privilege of recognizing a member of the Certification Department – Meera Ramsurrun, Senior Coordinator. Meera started with the CPA in 1999 as the Receptionist where she represented the Association professionally and where her smile could be felt on the other end of the phone. Recognizing her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Meera soon was talked into joining the Certification Department. In her current role Meera works tirelessly to provide the best customer service to the individuals who are taking the CPA certification courses, as well as developing and growing our relationships with our college and university alliances in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba (previously she was also responsible for the Quebec region's certification students and program). Meera also provides valuable French language skills to the Certification team including managing the translation Certification materials. She has completed level one of the Professional Translation in French certification. Awards
