Kathryn Hill receives the Special Contributor Award from CPA Vice-President Steven Van Alstine at the 2009 National Conference in Victoria, BC

Highlights

Kathryn Hill recognized the value of payroll, supported CPA's leadership to the community, and furthering of the legislative concerns of employers with the federal governments as an active member. She continued that commitment and her contribution for the past 15 years as one of the first individual members registered with the CPA (June 1, 1993) who is still a member in today. Her organization was a business member for many years prior to that.

Kathryn has been active Subject Matter Expert and she was the Vice-President of the Federal Government Relations for the CPA, served on the Board of Directors, wrote articles for DIALOGUE magazine, co-chaired a National Conference and was instrumental in the local CPA Ottawa Branch in the 1980's and 90's.

In 1994, she received Diana Ferguson Award.

She is a regular participant at the annual National Conference and NPW events in Ottawa, and recently contributed to the Continuing Professional Education Reporting Task Force.
