- In her role from 1995 to 2008 as Pacific Regional Coordinator, Karen's day started at 4 am in the morning, so she could always be reached from Central Canada.
- One of the longest serving staff at the CPA.
- From contributing to membership growth and provincial government relations to putting on all those great seminars, Conference and NPW, she always had a smile on her face.
- Although Karen was a consummate professional, she also knows how to have a great time with her payroll colleagues.
