Highlights In 2007, the CPA recognized a member of the Payroll Resource Group – Joseph McNamara, Payroll Research Analyst. He has over 17 years of experience in the payroll profession. Prior to joining the CPA, he had worked for ComCheque, Scotia Pay and ADP Canada. Joe started with the CPA in May of 1998 as a bilingual payroll consultant providing vast payroll and service bureau experience. In his role Joe does detailed research and is the staff liaison for the Provincial Government Relations Advisory Council (PGRAC). Joe is also the voice at the other end of the Payroll InfoLine for many members. He always prides himself on having the highest numbers of inquiries monthly. Joe also provides valuable French language skills to the Payroll Resource Group team including managing the translation of PDS seminars and legislation. Awards
