- With over 25 years of experience in the payroll, benefit, information technology, taxation and pension fields, he is recognized as a expert on payroll and HR matters.
- A long-time member of both the APA and the CPA, Ian has been honoured by both organizations for his long-standing commitment to the profession by receiving the APA's meritorious service award in 1993 and the CPA's Diana Ferguson Award in 2006.
