Highlights
- Fatima started with the CPA in 2001 and has contributed to the success of the Member Services team through several different initiatives including:
- providing excellent service to CPA members and customers in English and French,
- processing membership applications, meeting, certification and conference registrations, along with CPA merchandise and publications,
- and supporting membership retention through new Organization Member phone calls and welcome emails.
- Fatima is responsible for all the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) processing as well as the National Conference registrations.
- She also has helped out in certification and continues to aid the National Office's administration with some regular initiatives.
Fatima is great team play who always as a wonderful smile.
- On a side note, during the Toronto blackout of 2003, Fatima covered (reception and membership), only a couple of staff members were able to get to work and Fatima was one of them.
