- From former Chairman Roy Middleton in 1980, commenting a year-end seminar conducted by Barry - "Starting from scratch, Barry developed an outline for his workshop, and working with our capable Executive Director Jane Lackner, arrangements were made to hold the workshop at the facilities of the Personnel Association of Toronto. The response to the advertising for the seminar was immediate and overwhelming; two additional workshops had to be scheduled to accommodate the overflow.
