This seminar is a detailed introduction to the labour standards established in Quebec that impact all employers in the province. Participants will:
- acquire the knowledge and skills that will allow them to apply the Act respecting labour standards within the context of their duties;
- be informed of the rights of employees, the obligations of employers and the recourses stipulated in the Act;
- know the practices prohibited by the Act; and
- benefit from the expertise of a representative from the Commission des normes du travail, who be there to answer questions on-site.
