The element of choice is popular with employees allowing them to align their benefits coverage that best meets their benefits coverage and budget needs. Kevin McFadden a benefits specialist will give attendees a detailed overview the many aspects of flex benefits outlining the pros and cons for both employers and employees.

About the Speaker:
Kevin McFadden is President of McFadden Benefits & Pension. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He has 23 years of benefits and pension industry experience working with clients in all provinces. Kevin is a member of the Canadian Benefits and Pension Institute (CPBI), Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and The Benefits Alliance Group. Kevin regularly speaks nationally and writes articles related to benefits and pensions.
Kevin is Chair of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation, past president of Ronald McDonald House and supporter of other regional and national charities.
This informative 90 minute session will include a 60 minute presentation, responses to pre-submitted questions as well as engaging polling questions and an open forum to ask any other questions to our leadership and engagement expert.
