from payroll professionals who have led successful implementations and who will explain the process in the language you use every day.
- How to develop a current system analysis to identify the requirements of a new system
- How to organize and develop a system implementation plan including user training
- How to manage the support and enhancements required when implementing a new system

- Payroll, human resources, accounting, benefits and systems professionals who are planning to select, upgrade, replace, and/or implement a new payroll system.

Time: 3:00 p.m. ET
Duration: 2-hours with a 5-minute break (three weeks)
Number of Class Sessions: Six 2-hour sessions
Payroll Systems Selection and Implementation: Virtual Classroom will be conducted over the Internet. All participants will engage in class exercises and ask questions via interactive collaboration using an online training center. Coursework will be collected and reviewed by the course instructor. You will receive an email from APA 24-hours before the first session with instructions and links to download course materials and access the virtual classroom. An evaluation is displayed after the virtual class is completed and a certificate will be emailed.
For certified members, this seminar counts toward 12 hours of continuing professional education.
